the pandemic should not stop you from enjoying the sun ( stay in your compound )
Stay home stay safe i had never thought of the day i would think of sleeping all day and waking up to pee and eat as a punishment but cheiiiii here we are madam rona took over and only way to stay safe is staying home..... but does this mean we have to stay inside the house? Ask me and i will say nah because below are some of the uses of the sun 😊 to ya skin and body (your welcome ).

So grab those mats and lounge in the sun because this is what you are missing out one
1. It improves the brain function. Now unless you keep furts in a jar to smell them later ( wait what cartoon was that ? ) you need your brain and guess what the sun is here to help
2. Eases mild depression. I know what it feels like to be down and believe me lying in the sun thinking of only good vibes like theses makes it feel much better
3. Improves sleep quality. Now i know you have slept your sleep out ( is that even real English your asking yes hun it is now ) but for those of yall thay get a hard time sleeping try having a few minutes in the sun during the day.
4. Heals some skin disorders ( now am no doctor but according to research some skin issues could be healed by the sun) urgue with your keyboard if you want 😂.
5.enhances immune systems also according to research and for an African child i afirm the above .
So if this is reason enough i think you should get out of your now smeally bed and move to the sun and breath some fresh oxygen then run back in before you contract rona 😂 . So ya halla at me here .
