first of all set your target know your strengths then gather your equipment 1.a mat. Yap thats all you need for your god body lets go through the process real quick
clean your working space. Start with your meals ya hun.......peas and vegetables again!, so you should know that 67%of abs is meals so go slow on your cupcake and chocopate for a while.😂
2.lay on you mat and do atleast 22 sit ups in 2 mins until may be an hour take plenty of water to keep hydrated and remember to rest when you feel a drain .3. Lay on tje mat but this time with your with your back up ur stomach facing down ur hands folded with ur elbows touching the mat yap you got it stretch your legs back and keep in a proper straight position not sagging your belly to the flow for 5 mins.

1. A piece of art
Take a piece of the sweater that you find attractive 😴 ya you gotta think cut it out add a few details design it a little and set in in a frame ..... yap yo got yourself something to be proud of your every own matser piece.
2. Pillow cushions
Just like the previous session cut the sweater but this time from the brest region stich it up put ur cushion and add a few details with thread and needle
How doesn't loge an extra warm pillow 😌
3.a phone case
Yap kept the best for last..... buy an ordinary phone case .cut the put of the sweater that you would love and glue it on the case after it has dried......cut out the incisions and you have your phone a sexy and unique case.

#apple pie
Ingredients 3 pounds mixed apple
. 2/3 cup granulated sugar
. 2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
.6tea spoon unsalted butter
. 1 teaspoon flour
. 3/4 teaspoon of cinamon
. 1/8 teaspoon salt
. 2 disk dough for basic crust
Procedure 😈
1. Peel the apples lile 1/4 inch thick
2. Toss them with the granulated sugar and lemon juice
3.heat 4 teaspoon of butter add apples and cook for 10 minutes
4. Add flour cinamon and salt each of less quantities
5. Roll out the 1 disk of the dough into a 1/2 inch add the apples on top in the center
6.add 2 teaspoons of butter on top and put the other disk on top and seal at the edges.
Pre heat the oven at 425° for 30 minutes......aftre lower to 375° and bake for 1 hour
Or 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Ingredients . 2 cups of milk
. 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 egg yopks
2 teaspooons brewed coffee
1/2 vanilla extract
Chocolate crumb crust
Procedure😷
Heat the milk in a large saucepan until hot but not boiling
Wisk sugar cornstarch and salt together and then add eggyolk, coffee, and vanilla.
Add 1/2 of the milk into the mixture until smooth.
Add it to the remaining milk.
Cook over medium heat wisking constantly until it thickens for 3 to 5 minutes melt the chocolate in the mixture and pour it over the crust...
Put in oven for 25 minutes.
