Qn.1. Who are you and how did you get into fitness?
An. Am toby bates , i got into fitness because i didn't want to be a skinny kid any longer 

Qn.2. What does it really take to get the perfect body shape?
An. There is no such thing as the perfect body shape, it all comes down to what you find perfect, either lots of muscle or less muscle
Qn.3. What things should one put of there todo list to achieve that body?
An. I would recommend leaving nights out dinking and giving in to cravings ,thing is all you have to do is strike balance nothing should be off
Qn.4. What is the exact meal plan?
An. No meal plan, IIFYM which means if it fits your marcos, which allows you to eat the foods you want in right moderation
Qn.5. Can one workout without the gym?
An. Yes of coursee, though weight lifting a is  a big trend
Qn. 6. What are the best fitness apparel company?
An. Nike, Everforward, Alphate
